How to Breed Anubis

Anubis is one of the most valuable Pals in the game — with Handiwork Lv4 and Mining Lv3, it's the best all-round base worker available. While Anubis can occasionally be found in the wild in the desert region, breeding is a far more reliable way to get one, especially with good passive skills.

All Breeding Combinations for Anubis

These parent pairs all produce Anubis as their offspring. The easiest combos use Pals you likely already have.

Easiest Route: Penking + Bushi

This is the most accessible combo for most players. Both Pals are found in mid-game areas and are relatively easy to catch.

Where to find Penking

Penking spawns near cold coastal areas and on ice floes around the starting island's edges. It's also a boss encounter — defeating the Penking boss gives you a guaranteed chance to catch one.

Where to find Bushi

Bushi is found in bamboo grove regions and occasionally patrols near Syndicate camps. A mid-level Fire-type Pal, it's catchable once you reach player level 25-30.

Getting Anubis with Perfect Passives

1. Catch multiple Penking and Bushi — check their passive skills each time.
2. Find one Penking with Artisan or Work Slave and one Bushi with the other target skill.
3. Breed them together — the Anubis offspring has a chance to inherit both passives.
4. Keep the best offspring and breed again to stack more passives over generations.
