Palworld is officially leaving Early Access in 2026. Pocketpair has confirmed that Version 1.0 — the biggest update in the game's history — is coming this year, and it includes access to the long-mysterious World Tree at the center of Palpagos. Here's everything confirmed so far.
Pocketpair's Communications Director Bucky confirmed in a developer update video that Palworld will officially exit Early Access in 2026. The studio described this as "a truly massive amount of content" — far larger than any previous update.
Since day one, the World Tree has been visible at the center of Palpagos, blocked by a red barrier. Version 1.0 will finally open it up as a full new region with new Pals, weapons, and resources.
Pocketpair confirmed that existing save data will carry over into 1.0. However, the developers strongly recommend starting a new game to experience the redesigned progression systems fully.
