All Legendary Pal Locations

There are 4 Legendary Pals in Palworld — each one is a unique, extremely powerful encounter found at a fixed location in the late-game world. Catching all four is the ultimate Pal-hunting milestone. Here's exactly where to find them and how to catch each one.

⚠️ Preparation RequiredAll Legendary Pals are Level 48-50 and will destroy an underprepared team. Come with a full party of Level 40+ Pals, Hyper or Legendary Spheres, and appropriate elemental counters. Stock up on healing items before each encounter.
💡 Legendary Sphere TipLegendary Pal Spheres are the only reliable way to catch level 50 Legendaries. Craft them using Ancient Technology Points from Tower Boss victories. Have at least 10 before attempting a Legendary catch.
Jetragon
🐉 Dragon Type
Level50
📍 LocationBeach of Everlasting Summer — the volcanic western coastline. Fixed spawn point on the beach near the lava flows.
The fastest mount in the game — Jetragon flies at an incredible speed that makes every other flying mount feel slow. Its Missile barrage attack deals massive Dragon-type damage in combat. Catching Jetragon is often players' top priority as it completely changes map traversal.
✅ StrategyBring Ice-type Pals — Frostallion or Chillet deal super effective damage. Jetragon hits extremely hard, so use hit-and-run tactics. Don't let it use its missile attack at full HP — that's when it's most lethal. Weaken to ~15% HP before throwing Legendary Spheres.
Frostallion
❄️ Ice Type
Level48
📍 LocationLand of Absolute Zero — the far northern ice biome. Roams a large area near the center of the frozen region.
A majestic ice horse that's one of the strongest combat Pals in the game. Also an excellent flying mount. Frostallion has a Dark variant (Frostallion Noct) obtainable through breeding. The environment itself is dangerous — the extreme cold deals constant HP damage without heat-resistant armor (which confusingly, you also need for the volcano — cold-resistant gear is different).
✅ StrategyEquip Cold-Resistant Armor before entering the ice region. Bring Fire-type Pals — Blazehowl or Jormuntide Ignis work well. Frostallion is fast but its attacks have telegraphed animations. Keep moving and attack during its recovery frames. Have plenty of healing items for the environmental cold damage.
Necromus
🌑 Dark Type
Level50
📍 LocationDeep darkness of the northeastern region. Spawns at a fixed point alongside Paladius — both are found at the same location.
One of two Legendaries that spawn together. Necromus is a powerful Dark-type Pal with high attack and HP. It has a unique double-headed appearance and devastating shadow attacks. With Paladius nearby, you may find yourself fighting both simultaneously — plan accordingly.
✅ StrategyDecide which to catch first — Necromus or Paladius. Focus all damage on one target while keeping the other occupied with a tanky Pal. Dragon-type attacks are effective against Dark-type Necromus. Bring your best team and don't attempt if below level 45.
Paladius
✨ Neutral Type
Level50
📍 LocationSame spawn point as Necromus in the northeastern region — they always appear together.
The counterpart to Necromus. A radiant, armored Legendary Pal with very high defense and powerful Neutral attacks. Because it's Neutral-type, it has no elemental weakness — making it harder to counter than the other Legendaries. Its high defense means fights take longer.
✅ StrategySince Paladius has no elemental weakness, focus on raw DPS — bring your highest-attack Pals regardless of type. Legend + Ferocious passive Pals work best here. Be patient; the fight is long. Have at least 15 Legendary Spheres ready since the catch rate on Neutral Legendaries can be stubborn.
